There is no quote to request. The numbers are below.
Hidden pricing filters in one direction only. It screens out the buyer who has a budget and respects their own afternoon, and lets through the one who was always going to negotiate.
So the card is below, in the order the work actually happens. Every figure has a reason behind it: the size of the deliverable, how many people we have to interview, how much of the thinking carries over to the next stage. Ask about any particular number on the call and you will get the reasoning for that one.
The card, in the order the work happens
You do not have to buy the sequence from the top. You do have to accept that implementation copy written before anyone decided the position is a rewrite with a delay built in.
- Positioning Diagnostic€2,400
A written read on what your copy is currently arguing, where it argues with itself, and which problems to fix in which order. 5 business days. The way in if you are not yet sure any of the rest of this applies to you.
- Brand Positioning€4,200
10 business days. Interviews with the people who sell it and the people who bought it, a competitor read that goes past the homepage, and a written position with the case for it. Including the two positions we rejected and what was wrong with them.
- Messaging Architecture€5,200
15 business days. The densest document here: pillars, message hierarchy, proof points, what each audience hears first and what it can wait to hear. This is the one that stops every new page inventing its own argument from scratch.
- Brand Voice Guide€3,400
10 business days. Rules with examples, including the bad examples, and how the voice bends between a pricing page and an apology email. €7,600 bundled with Messaging Architecture, which is where it earns its keep and how most people buy it.
- Website Copy€4,800
15 business days. Five to eight pages written: home, the product or service pages, the one that has to carry your price, and a contact page that is not a dead end. Written from a position already decided, which is the only reason it takes this long instead of twice as long.
- Launch Copy€6,400
20 business days. A landing page, an ad set and an email sequence, all making the same argument in three rooms with different acoustics. Priced as one coordinated job, because buying the three separately is how you end up with three arguments.
12 business days. Welcome, onboarding, post-purchase, win-back, and the sequence you switched on once and have not read since. Acquisition has got sharply more expensive across the market since 2023, which leaves the list you already own as the cheapest audience you have.
- Sales Page Copy€5,600
10 business days. One page, one decision, one price to justify. Objection order, where the proof sits, how the terms are worded, and an FAQ written to close rather than to inform.
- Ongoing Partnership€3,200a month
Ahead of the project queue rather than behind it. 30 days’ notice either direction. What a month contains is spelled out immediately below, because a retainer nobody wrote down is the easiest way to fall out with a studio.
terms
- Turnarounds are business days, counted from the day the brief is signed off. Not from your first email.
- Payment is 50% to start, 50% on delivery.
- 2 revision rounds on every deliverable, one structural and one line edit, included in each figure above.
- €85 an hour past that, or if the audience, goal or scope changes after sign-off. Estimated and agreed in writing before anything starts.
- Euro, and the final amount payable. The Brand Voice Guide bundle is the only discount on this site: no volume tier, no first-project reduction, nothing that appears if you hesitate.
What €3,200 a month actually buys
Retainers sour when nobody wrote down what a month contains. So here is the month.
- Three deliverables
- Up to three implementation-tier pieces a month: a page, a sequence, an ad set, a pitch that needs rebuilding. Strategy-tier work is quoted on its own, because a positioning project does not fit inside a month alongside anything else and pretending otherwise ruins both.
- The same rounds
- 2 revision rounds on each deliverable. Per piece, not per month.
- One call
- Thirty minutes a month, agenda yours. Not a status update; email already does that better and without anyone rearranging a Tuesday.
- Queue priority
- Retainer work goes ahead of incoming project work. By month three that is usually the part you would miss most.
- What it is not
- An unlimited-hours arrangement. There is no such thing at this price, and a studio offering one has either mispriced it or has already priced in disappointing you.
- Notice
- 30 days, either direction, no reason required and no conversation needed.
How the money moves
50% to start, 50% on delivery. The deposit falls due when you sign the brief off, which is also the moment the turnaround clock starts; the balance is invoiced alongside the final files, and the copy becomes yours when it clears.
Euro, by bank transfer to a Bulgarian account. If you need to pay some other way, say so at sign-off rather than at the end, and we will work it out then.
Cancel after work has started and the deposit covers what was actually done by that point. The remainder comes back to you. The exact wording lives in cancellation & notice terms, which is where wording of that kind belongs.
When does a change become a new job?
Each figure above includes 2 revision rounds on every deliverable: one structural, one line by line, both measured against the brief as you signed it.
It becomes a new job when the brief itself changes. A different audience, a different goal, pages added after sign-off. Then it is €85 an hour, estimated first and agreed in writing before anyone opens a document. The trigger is the part worth reading twice, and it is set out in full on method.
Three questions the card raises
No, and it is not a posture. A discount has to come out of the time, and the time is the deliverable. Cutting the interviews to hit a number produces the kind of copy that made you look for a copywriter in the first place.
The one exception is printed on the card. Brand Voice Guide costs €7,600 bought together with Messaging Architecture rather than €3,400 on its own, because doing them in the same fortnight genuinely is less work.
Then buy the Positioning Diagnostic at €2,400 and take the findings anywhere you like, including to a cheaper writer. It is a standalone document that stands up on its own, not a sales call with a deliverable stapled to it.
If that is also out of range, we are the wrong studio for you right now, and saying so on this page saves you the call.
Ask. 50% to start, 50% on delivery is the default because it is simple and it protects both sides on a first engagement, but work running across several months can be billed in stages against the same total. The total is the part that does not move.
