Send a brief
This goes to one inbox, read by the person who would do the work.
You get an answer within two business days: questions about what you sent, or a time to talk for twenty minutes. Not an automated sequence, and not a proposal nobody asked for.
The brief
Nine fields, six of them required. It is longer than most enquiry forms on purpose — the answers are what let the first reply tell you something, instead of asking for a call to find out.
If a form is the wrong shape for this
- office@freyacopywriter.com. Same inbox, same reply window.
- Phone
- +359 89 477 8911. Sofia time. A brief has to end up written down either way, so email is usually the faster route.
- Studio
- zh.k. Darvenitsa 42A, 1756 Sofia, Bulgaria. For post and contracts rather than visits.
Worth having open while you write it
None of this is required. It is what turns the first reply into something you can use.
- The page you suspect
- A URL beats a description of a URL.
- Roughly what the traffic does
- Not for publication anywhere. So the reply can tell whether this is a traffic problem dressed as a copy problem.
- One competitor you lose to
- Named, not a category. Positioning happens in the comparison, and the comparison is rarely the one the market report makes.
- Whoever signs it off
- If final approval sits with someone who never read the brief, that arrives in the second revision round instead.
