Article 4(1) of the Bulgarian Law on Electronic Commerce (Закон за електронната търговия), which implements Article 5 of EU Directive 2000/31/EC, requires a provider of information-society services to give direct and permanent access to its name, its address, the address where it carries on its activity, and contact details allowing direct and timely communication. Those are unconditional, and they are set out above.

Four further items in that article are conditional on holding the thing they ask you to disclose: an entry in a commercial or other public register, a supervisory authority where the activity is subject to licensing or notification, a professional body where the profession is regulated, and a VAT number where the provider is registered under the VAT Act.

None of the four applies here. There is no commercial-register entry. Copywriting is not a regulated profession in Bulgaria and is not subject to a licensing or notification regime. There is no VAT registration. A requirement to disclose something only if you have it cannot be breached by not having it, so nothing is missing from the disclosure above.

Article 4(2) requires that where prices are shown they are stated clearly, and that it is clear whether taxes and charges are included. Every figure on this site is a final amount payable in euro, with no VAT applied, because the provider is not registered for VAT.
